Ogopogo Books was started with one thing in mind: to entertain and inspire children

with unique, quirky illustrations and capivating stories they can relate to and

enjoy with their parents. Ogopogo Books is managed by author/illustrator

Stevie French, who used to be a kid and still is one at heart.

Although Ogopogo is fairly new to the scene, it can already claim a picture book and a comic

under its name, with much more to come. Keep an eye out for our next release--a fractured fairy

tale with a modern princess and plenty of action--due out in 2010.

Ogopogo is a Canadian sea monster (think Nessie of Loch Ness in Scotland). We chose this name

not only because of its fun sound, but because it represents the quirky style and playfulness that

can be found throughout Ogopogo's books.
